Tuesday Night: Still No Solution

I've re-installed the webcam and the software I use to manage it. I can see the images perfectly well on my desktop - but can't get them uploaded.

Replacing the entire system - computer and all - is not an option. But I thought about it, just the same.

Apologies - and I'm still working on this issue.
